The was a cartoon mini seris based on the books, but I can't remember what the name was.
It was set in medievil times and centered around a mouse.
Anyone know what I'm talking about?
Also would like to see some Farscape, MST3K, Never Ending Story, and some cartoons

we should make a shire book club. i got zayn started on the mistmantle books. saw pic of a squirrel in a cape with a sword on cover and just thought oh he looks like a tiny! Then I think Misa and Awen got into the books shortly after. I have 4 books, read first 3, waiting to read the 4th one because they bumped the 5th book from sept, to dec to now they saying july.
I think Zayn downloaded the first book on tape for mistmantle and we were gonna play parts of it like in a series. similar to how shady did the star wars saga. i guess he just forgot about it. even though i read book i would want to listen to series. it great story!

You know there is still the Raglan Public Library group - maybe the book club could be part of that? Even tho the person who started the library is gone, I think we should continue the library in some spirit, or re-invent it. It's an awesome idea.

Could have a weekly book club meeting and/or post the book of the month and discuss it in the forum, too. Could even have a new forum section and have each new book as a new thread... if you guys want. |
