I think one of the funniest moments for me came after the catfighting event. After the medals were awarded to the athletes, 4 tinies surrounded the Green Team's Coach Chaffro (also the referee for the catfight event).
At first , me, Legolas, Daveypup, and Zoe each took turns catfighting Chaffro. Then partly since tinies dont do well with taking turns, and partly cause he pretty much had it coming with all his pre-olympic trash talking, all 4 of us pounced on Chaffro and beat the stuffings outta him.
Took 4 of us to knock him out, and he still managed to be clutching his trusty barbed wire covered bat, but yes we finally knocked Chaffro out! What a melee!
The one pic was taken by me. the really great overhead shot was taken by Daveypup.

Those are great shots! Thanks so much for sharing them.
Yes, that was great fun, knocking Chaffro out. I had the pleasure of doing that during the actual catfighting after he had his grand entrance as the mighty mystery fighter!

OK...
Let's fill in the gaps.
Karma, I seem to remember that the only way to knock me out was to have 4 folk challenge me all at once, because I kept beating your asses one-on-one!
And Legolas, I was playing to lose, I was just making up the numbers. If I had gone on to win, I would have been damned. So I am glad you went on to win.
Oh wait...YOU DIDN'T! Cheesy
Anyhoo, the best moment for me was one that would have gone unnoticed by almost everyone else; on the day of the Tour De Shire, green teamster Siri Bonde took part in her first ever tiny event, only having bought a bike a few hours before.
She confessed that she had been desperate to win, and was very disappointed that she didn't, but was soooo happy to have even taken part. It was awesome to see how even taking part gave someone such a sense of achievement.
I was so proud to have played even the smallest part in helping Siri realise such an achievement!

For me, it could be nothing else but the Opening Ceremonies.
As most of you prolly know, my father had passed away that very week, and Zayn had offered to dedicate the Games to the memory of my dad.
So I told my mother - and mind you, we had a very straining week of course, and my mum had never before set a paw into SL! Despite that, she said she would love to attend and so there we were, together by the computer, in tears and holding hands.
The Opening Ceremonies were awesome (but went a little too fast for her Wink), the words Zayn spoke were oh so touching and true and made us all cry, and we watched Wolfies wonderful machinima the next day. To this day, my mother still talks about how special it was...
And then! All the wonderful events, the creativity of the event hosts and the tiny taylors, the team spirit and good humour - everything was great great great! And all this in a world in which friendlyness and humor are necessities of life, but are not to be taken for granted.
Thanks everybunny, for being tiny! w00t!

Bo, I'm so glad it helped in some way, and that your Mother got to share in it.

Like you have some control over it, funny bunneh!
Great story about Siri!
We had a brand new tiny, Rosen, for Purkle Mascot, so we are converting more and more each day and showing them what fun we have and what a supportive community we are.

I loved how during the events and at all the medal presentation ceremonies and even during the week between events wheever there were tinys gathered, the sounds of all the tinys as they did their team cheer gestures and sang the Tiny Olympic song gesture..
Just cracked me up everytime to hear all the tiny voices cheering for their teams with the chanting gestures and singing the olympic theme,,
DUT DUT, DUT DUT DUT DUT DUT DUT DUT DUT DUT DUT DUT DUT DUT DUT DUT DUT DUT!!!
